You will receive a yearly estimate of your expected retirement benefit, including the accumulated value of your defined benefit and deferred compensation contributions, plus a forecast of your Social Security benefits. You can alter the estimated future amounts to see how different choices you might make (such as changing your retirement age or taking a lump sum) might affect your pension and other sources of retirement income.

The calculator is also a Defined Benefit Pension Calculator and a Cash Balance Plan Calculator. To run a Defined Benefit calculation, simply enter your age, income and years of service. If you are married, you can also use the calculator to provide a calculation for your spouse.

This free online tool provides a rough estimate of your future Social Security benefits, and also includes estimates for disability and survivor benefits. It does not provide estimates of Windfall Elimination Provision reductions.
